has anyone here done, or would consider doing, a behavioral/mental health iop?

i just started one today and i'm hoping it will be helpful. iop is intensive outpatient program for those who aren't aware.

My therapist said I needed CBT which was good for me until she said we are now going to try group therapy. No.
