Toni McDade was in and out of Jail and Prison for half there life. They did a straight 10 years this last time for armed robbery and battery. He was released January 2, 2020.

May 2, 2020 Tony waited for a woman to leave the Circle K. He manhandled her and put a gun in her face. Police were called, they searched the car and found the gun; which turned out to be a very good replica that was actually a BB gun. He is charged is arrested on the scene and eventually gets changed with assault. So now she has a charge pending. Family member post bail.

From this point on Tony McDade started to emotionally and psychologically decompensate.

Now the woman Tony accosted and put a fake gun in her face, lives in the same apartment complex as Tony. This woman has a nephew who she raised. The nephew is the leader of a clique of four other guys. He was 21 and the rest of them were between 19 and 21 also.

He and his friends started to drag her for the next two weeks. Jr high school bullying stuff where when a group of people see someone who they don't care for, they start talking loud and making fun of them, so the person can hear them mocking them.

"Tony McDade had been harassed because he was a Trans man."

This is how all the news agencies and every LGBTQ media sites, Trans sites, ACLU division that handles Trans law, and Black sites like the Root. Victimhood raised to Hero status

No Tony was being dragged because He manhandled and put a gun in the face of a Woman who helped raise said Nephew.

At the end of the two weeks Tony approaches the Nephew and his friends with carrying a knife and a gun; this one real. Nephew de-escalates the situation and suggest a fist fight instead. They are doing their thing. As the Nephew is getting the best of Tony, Tony says: "You hit like a girl." That's when the other guys jumped in the fight.

OR as the narrative in all these Sites that hyped this up framed it as:

"Tony McDade was jumped and beaten, unprovoked by a group of 5 men."

She makes it back to her apartment-> staying with Mom, and makes 2 videos that she uploads to his FB page.

1) He shows all his warrior wounds from the fight. Claims he's going to hunt them down and kill each and every one of them. The usual bravado. But then Tony goes on starts rambling about the sexual assaults and physical abuse he had experienced in his life. It was a confession of all the demons that was fueling the decompensation.

2) Tony tells family and friends that he not going back to Prison. After he finishes killing the men who beat him up, he anticipates he will be in a gun battle with the police.

Her family members and friends had a whole day to stop all of this. But nobody called the police.

The next day, He does in fact find the Nephew and repeatedly stabs him. He bleeds out. Now because he has murdered someone with a weapon, Tony McDade is considered armed and dangerous which means cops can use lethal force if he threatens them.

The only thing in dispute is whether the officer who shot him, announced that he was a cop before shooting Tony. There are ear witnesses who alleged that the cop didn't. The cop claims he thought Tony was reaching for a gun. But at this point it's very sketchy about what went down. But the gun and bloody knife were found in the car.

But Tony McDade has been sanitized and redeemed as Trans man who was a victim of Transphobic harassment and of White Police Brutality in all the presses.
