Stigma? When i was in high school, i would have been honored to have a private restroom.

If she didn't want to be "stigmatized", she could have used the bathroom for her sex. Grimm's gender identity is meaningless to the vast majority of the people around her.

I have heard stories of trans people being denied use of either facilities, and I'd call that actual stigma. But teen boys not wanting to piss in front of a teen girl is completely reasonable especially since men's restrooms usually have urinals out in the open.

so, is this a rich kid. how does a 21 year old with only a high school diploma and no real hardships, make it on the aclu board. It cant be simply for bing ftm. plus, who is paying for gavins lawyers. then we have the issue of if gaving got their way and one of the boys started up then would gavin had sued? was gavin always going to sue.
