This was very honest, and show a level of integrity that is rare in accounts of transition. It strikes me that this person cannot be the only one to have those feelings, and that regardless of the degree of surgery and hormones, sex is immutable.

What was interesting was how much happier they were once they came to the realisation that their trans experiences were valid, not as being a woman, but as being a transsexual - and those experiences have obviously been challenging and painful.

Antipathy toward the female sex is the norm in these trans spaces. It’s hard to make believe in the presence of the real deal.

This guy made his weird and destructive choices, choices that are harmful and predatory towards women. I have zero empathy. You did this to yourself. Whatever floats your boat, but stay the hell out of our bathroom.

Your response truly lacks empathy, and I want to know why.

He was a child, like we all were no matter your sex, struggling with his identity. He was groomed and sold a religion on the early internet and had the critical thinking to recognize the deeper issues in the transgender agenda as he matured. By speaking out he is risking his own well-being to undo some of the harm towards women and help those kids struggling with their identity now. Does he forever deserve ridicule for the actions he took at 19 or should he be applauded for the good he does in preventing the unnecessary medicalization of your youth? We can continue to raise women up without forever shaming those who acknowledge their mistakes. I think his story might help others, especially young teens struggling with their self-worth or young women thinking they'll find support in the transgender community, and so his words are absolutely worth sharing here.
