The article is asking for a law to recognize that female athletes shouldn’t have to compete against trans-identified males. Because biology matters very much in sports, and sports has to be fair.

It's interesting to note that after 12 months of transitioning transgenders still had.biological differences. Our bodies is covered in fascia, a net of collagen that helps us move. Fascia has both testosterone and estrogen receptors assigned by gender. You can supplement a hormone all you want but your body's intercellular matrix will still remain your gender from birth, accepting hormones defined by DNA.
