Do you think with the huge amount of self identified straight men watching trans female porn actually means they are way more bi men than women, but they are in denial, or do you view them as straight?

Submitted July 8, 2020, 1:56 p.m. by HomeworkIllustrious4

On Pornhub's top search categories for 2019 transgender came 15 out of 20. And I see many men online into it.

Do you think it's niche and rare, or quite common behind closed doors?

And if you think this means they are bisexual. Why aren't these bi men watching trans male porn (since they are into men, women, penises and vaginas.) They aren't because the viewing figures are much lower and it's a niche within a niche and not anywhere near as big a category.

Do you think there are FAR more bi men than women, but most identify as straight because they believe you can like dicks and be straight. (Dicks on women, dicks by themselves and not the rest of a man, etc.) Because straight women aren't watching or being turned on by trans men with vaginas.

I honestly don’t know. It’s something I’ve considered but men are so homophobic in general that it’s hard to tell.

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 2:14 p.m.

I think men are way more bisexual than women.

Also this applies to Middle Eastern and Muslims sexually repressed countries where men have sex with men because they cannot with women before marriage, but "topping" is seen as not gay and "bottoming" is. Again changing the rules of sexuality like they do with men into dicks or dicks on women. "I only like dick, not the rest of a man." Women in these countries aren't having sex with each other as much. Same obviously with prison sex.

There are already less people attracted to women than men in the world by official statistics, lesbians are also the least rare of the main sexualities (and much less than gay men) and bi men are just a tiny bit less rare than lesbians, but I feel this number would go way up and even more people in statistics would be attracted to men, the gap would be much bigger than it is. If most men were honest and not changing definitions of sexualities to fit them, that is. And just came out as bisexual.

I feel like some might be a bit bi but because it's a dick on a feminine body it's perhaps a safe outlet to explore that desire without having to admit to themselves they'd be interested in other men?

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 2:25 p.m. · 1 reply

Do you think it's a minority/niche, or common?

Eurowoman24 · July 8, 2020, 3:07 p.m. · 1 reply

still thinking minority? I think when you look at the clicks you might see a lot of men from areas where being gay is "sinful". Saw a TRA wonder about this and apparently women aren't into TMs and vag because we're taught to hate our bodies and that's not it. If you're fully straight and not bi-leaning anything having to do with the opposite sex just doesn't interest you.

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:11 p.m.

So they are a minority or no?

KolaDesi · July 9, 2020, 5:47 a.m. · 1 reply

Some men are into women and trans women but aren't into men, though.

Eurowoman24 · July 9, 2020, 6 a.m.

yeah i'm not sure but that was my best guess. mostly women leaning bi-men

casuallycruelhonesty · July 8, 2020, 2:53 p.m. · 1 reply

I think men are more inclined to develop fetishes, because they generally have higher sex drives and are exposed to porn more often and earlier

I don’t know if I’d consider them bisexual, because fetishes operate differently than sexuality

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:01 p.m. · 1 reply

I think women are FAR more straight and exclusively penis attracted, not at all into vaginas, etc.

casuallycruelhonesty · July 8, 2020, 5:07 p.m. · 1 reply

I don’t think it matters though

Being straight or gay or bisexual isn’t a value statement

Grouping sexualities and fetishes together is kind of homophobic

Sexual deviancy shouldn’t be equated with sexual orientation

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:11 p.m. · 1 reply

Do you think they are too?

casuallycruelhonesty · July 8, 2020, 5:13 p.m. · 1 reply

I don’t make assumptions on people’s sexuality. That’s for them to figure out.

You’re clearly a troll so get lost

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:18 p.m. · 1 reply

No. I'm trying to understand why so many straight men are attracted to dicks when straight women seem much more exclusively straight and very turned off by vaginas.

I think like many subsets of porn it is for straight men literally a fetish.

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:01 p.m. · 1 reply

So how does being straight and liking dick combine? Why don't straight women like vaginas?

nocontactnotpossible · July 8, 2020, 10:51 p.m.

Dude straight people watch all sorts of porn it’s JUST porn. You don’t have to categorize yourself based on what you masturbate to. I masturbate to all sorts of weird shit doesnt mean I’m not a bi woman who prefers men irl. I think you’re young and maybe on the spectrum right? That’s what you sound like. Maybe you should go offline, get some time away from the internet if you’re ah, so obsessed with this it’s not healthy. Talk to your offline friends and family, cook, exercise, live life outside Reddit.

Damn you're obsessed, I know you have new account now, but seriously give it a rest.

Look up the Coolidge Effect. Basically a porn addict reaches thresholds of novelty every time they ejaculate from watching porn, and watching the same type the next time isn’t as pleasurable or novel as it was the first time.

To me, the prevalence of trans porn is a result of men developing more and more kinky tastes to fulfill a never-ending search for novelty in porn. I’ve read a lot of posts by AGP men who say they realized they were trans after getting hooked on tranny hypno porn, and I think we can thank the internet and porn addiction for a lot of trans ideology.

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:02 p.m. · 1 reply

So do most porn addicted men go down the trans porn route? It's crazy how easily male sexuality can be altered. Makes me think they weren't that hetero to begin with. They were sexual but not heterosexual, if that makes sense.

Vileplume1990 · July 8, 2020, 5:07 p.m. · 1 reply

I don’t have any way of knowing, but I’d doubt that most go that route, given how much of a commitment it is to watch that much porn. That said, as a millennial, I was exposed to porn as early as 11, so it’s crazy how pervasive it’s gotten in my lifetime.

Porn and sex addiction can definitely alter behaviours. Have you seen the film Shame?

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:12 p.m. · 1 reply

No I mean do men who watch that much porn all go down that route?

Vileplume1990 · July 8, 2020, 5:31 p.m. · 1 reply

Oh, sorry! Not sure, it’s possible!

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:36 p.m. · 3 replies

So straight male sexuality has the ability to like penises and is fragile and can be moulded.

I don't think anything would make straight women like vaginas. And I've literally never heard of a straight woman who watches trans male porn of men with vaginas, either.

Okay, I read your history and confirmed it was you again. Seriously what's the curiosity here? What's troubling you so powerfully that you keep at you? How do these questions relate to you??

Seriously I'm getting strangely invested in this odd little series and the mystery is killing me!

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:03 p.m. · 1 reply

I wanna know different opinions. What do you think?

realShustyRackleford · July 8, 2020, 5:18 p.m. · 1 reply

Why? What's your stake? I'm trying to figure out why this is eating at you? Or why you've posted the same kinda questions so much in so many places? What answer are you looking for that, I'm guessing, you haven't heard yet??

Just shocked because before reading online I thought straight men loved vaginas and turned off by penises. Hard to understand and really confusing. Male sexuality is bizarre. And it's made me insecure and hate having a vagina because it's seen as inferior or highly unappreciated.

Thus I became fixated. But everytime I ask on this sub they agree with me and prove me right, sadly.

Silver_Violets · July 8, 2020, 6:17 p.m. · 1 reply

The straight men I know love vaginas and aren't turned on by dick. That doesn't mean they couldn't have an aesthetic appreciation for them. As long as you don't date some porn-addicted paraphiliac or misogynist, you shouldn't have any problems finding a man who likes vaginas...

I wouldn't look to popular porn searches for any kind of pointers for healthy male sexuality. Also, often people will watch porn of someone who they would never want to actually engage in relations with. It's a weird thing. I don't actually know any men who are into trans women or trans porn, but I guess it's not something they would be open about.

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 8:21 p.m. · 1 reply

So an aesthetic appreciation for them how?

When women don't have that for vaginas...

And do porn addicted men and misogynistic men dislike vaginas?

Also, do you think the popular porn searches are the same trans porn addicted men searching a lot?

Thank you for the honesty. I had a feeling something was haunting you. I think, once people have the circumstance you'll get a much better answer out of people in regards.

There are a lot of men with unhealthy relationships with sex in the world who put a lot of fixated hours on porno sites and, as with any site, in these places eventually the loudest, weirdest, most shocking or controversial content does the rounds. This is a race to the bottom and eventually, after it being apparent that there's money and popularity in it, the market floods with that edgy shit and eventually the market moves onto the next edgy fad.

Whilst the numbers seem staggering, you have to remember, they're a drop of water in the ocean of humanities population. More men aren't that deeply plugged in online than are, it takes a certain obsessive personality, bisexuality, enough free time AND an addictive personality all combined to create people that are deeply into that shit.

Luckily that's not all that common, although they've a greater representation on the internet than your bog standard straight dude.

You have to remember that the things you're sourcing your research on are occurring in the vacuum of the internet, it's rarely a tool to get a fair and balanced view of humanity from.

Good luck, don't let it bum you out. There's so many people in the world that, if you don't mind your own company and being a bit selective for your own inner peace, you can weed out the people who don't have their priorities right and slowly build up good, solid relationships with people who share your values. There's no obligation to deal with nutters and weirdos in your life if you don't allow them.

JLiber48 · July 9, 2020, 5:38 a.m.

Straight men's lives revolve around vaginas. Vaginas are more sexually desired than dicks, overwhelmingly so. Even among the men that consider themselves straight and develop fetishes for trans porn, they overwhelmingly are prominently into vaginas. I tell you this from experience, having dealt with thousands of men that develop fetishes for transwomen.

IceColdLover · July 8, 2020, 5:06 p.m. · 1 reply

They are not straight. Heterosexual men do not have sexual attraction to penises or to male people.

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:14 p.m. · 1 reply

These comments always come up and I think "a voice of sanity" and your comment is what I always believed too, but then i read all the other comments and think maybe they are right because there are way more of them explaining why straight men like dick or why so many men are bisexual.

IceColdLover · July 8, 2020, 5:15 p.m. · 1 reply

Oh I definitely think a lot more men are attracted to men and penises than would admit it, but I would say that is an argument that far fewer men than reported are actually straight, not that one can be attracted to penis and be straight.

HomeworkIllustrious4 · July 8, 2020, 5:19 p.m.

Do you think there are more bi men than bi women?

Or more men attracted to penis (but not the rest of a man) than women attracted to vaginas? (But not the rest of a woman.)

pynkecho · July 8, 2020, 6:47 p.m.

If they're not too into other men & only like penises when on "women", I would consider them bisexual men that prefer women. Not straight in my opinion if you enjoy sex with both males and females.

criticallacitirc · July 8, 2020, 11:04 p.m.

I dont think it means they're Bi. Some Men like the idea of dominating a feminized male. Its about power & control.

ThreatOfViolence · July 9, 2020, 5:54 a.m.

When you're an addict, you build up a tolerance and need a stronger dose. In porn addiction, this translates to more and more niche pornography. Also, PornHub manipulates what they want you to see, so if they want more people watching incest porn they'll promote it.

JLiber48 · July 9, 2020, 6:30 a.m.

I've talked to thousands of men that are into BDSM, transwomen porn, kink, among other things.

Most of the men I've encountered start out being entirely straight... at least, this is according to them...never having sexual thoughts about men whatsoever. But after delving deeper and deeper into the kink world and being porn addicts, they start to question their sexuality (a good amount of them start calling themselves bi...on a low-key level...because they have no interest in dating people with penises, and sexually speaking, it's something arousing that's extremely circumstantial...they aren't always turned on by dick, in and of itself, in the way they would be by the female body).

To understand this, you have to understand how porn and kinks work. So much of it is about taboos...the association being made between "dirty" and "perverse" and sex. The more disgusting and off-limits and dirty something is, the more sexual it is.

For men that want to be dominated, trans porn is a strong element of this scene, and I'd argue they're the ones overwhelmingly causing the rise of trans porn...FemDom/sissification/cucking/trans porn are all things that have tremendously grown and continue to everyday. In this scene, dick is used as a form of punishment and humiliation. They first start fetishcizing pegging and women with strap-on's to eventually actual transwomen with dicks. For men that are masochists and want to be humiliated, they see being pegged by an actual dick or "forced bi" as the ultimate form of submission and degradation. Many of them love being forced to do what they hate. For example, some have told me they hate sucking dick and find it disgusting, but get a sexual thrill from being forced to do something so "disgusting" and "humiliating". I often find a lot of these guys also have other humiliation fetishes that revolve around disgusting things...bathroom play, diaper play, etc.

Many of these guys also have fetishes for sissification (which is also rooted in humiliation). There's an offset of this kind of porn that revolves around "hypnosis" and brainwashing men into being the "perfect dick worshipping sissy". There's whole subs on reddit dedicated to men trying to un-brainwash themselves from being convinced that they're meant to be trans and worship dicks...these are all straight men, btw. These are men that talk about never having thoughts or feelings about dicks and gay sex, and they feel a sort of adrenaline rush from looking at/watching/engaging in these things that they see as taboo, but the fetish doesn't bring them joy or a true sense of pleasure in real life.

That's true for a lot of porn. There's an impulse that's created for needing more different/new/shocking content to get that adrenaline rush, like a high from a drug. It's a sort of hypersexual tool that's not very conducive for sexuality or sex or pleasure. When you see something that is hypersexualized, that in and of itself can cause arousal without it necessarily aligning with your sexual desires. As someone mentioned, fetishes can often work independently from sexuality. There's people with fetishes for shoes...it has no relation to sex at all, but somehow the brain has made a connection between it and sex.

With all that being said, most of the men seem to be legitimately heterosexual (showing strong desire for women and vaginas, pretty much across the board), there is a smaller segment of men I've also come across that seem to really sexualize men's bodies and dicks in a way that seems very bisexual, where the humiliation and degradation is an added factor, but the root desire is dick. So obviously, there are some that are definitely bisexual that have desired men outside of porn in real life.

Boblazereth · July 9, 2020, 9:23 a.m.

Why are you assuming that women don't like vagina just because they don't watch trasnmen porn. Maybe they just don't want to see a vagina on a male body and vice versa, a penis om a female body.

Also like someone else said maybe the taste for trans female porn is adapted by people who watch a lot of porn and start getting into alternative types.
