I get a weekly newsletter from a plastic surgery/aesthetics website. This week’s newsletter was about gender confirmation surgery and only included info for TIMs. Nothing for TIFs.

“Gender confirmation”? It used to be called “sex reassignment.” Guess thats offensive now because apparently transwomen are women, indistinguishable from women in fact. No surprise that it’s all about the TIMs tho. It’s always ALWAYS about men.
Or maybe it was renamed because the original name was misleading as it doesn't change your sex? Also it focuses on trans women, because it's much less common for trans men to get grs. Stop trying to look for microagressions that don't exist.
