It’ll probably get me banned from Reddit, but I don’t care at this point. I’m done with this movement infringing upon EVERYONE. It doesn’t even represent all trans people. It makes them look bad. But I can’t fight this in person or have my identity revealed. My field will hate me for promoting science.

Yeah I saw that r/transgender was behind it. Idk. Obviously if you’re promoting violence, that’s not ok. But if you don’t like what a subreddit is saying, and it’s not promoting violence, then just don’t read it lol

r/detrans has been completely colonized by GC people. Imagine this: a trans person has to detransition for financial reasons and is looking for support and help in a detrans subreddit but 'oh no!' the vast majority of people here are gender critical! r/detrans isn't about detransitioning anymore. It's about trying to prove trans people 'will regret it eventually'. It's actually fucked up.

Detransitioning is fine. Pushing people to detransition is not
But it's okay for transpeople to advice against detransitioning?
