This is the exact reason prisons do / should exist. People like to see them as a revenge based system where you get to punish someone for wronging the public in some way but there are people who are an obvious danger to society and are proven through actions to be willing to carry out vicious premeditated murder. Meanwhile you've got a judge so brainwashed by trans-victim ideology that he can overlook an attempted triple homicide because somehow the transperson must be the victim.

To top it off, if the person is detransitioning, shouldnt that make their "identity" a "man" and therefore put with males even by their own standards?
