How penile inversion is performed. This is not a surgery, this is a mutilation of a perfectly healthy body part.

This is revolting to watching, but interesting at the same time. I feel so bad for people who go through this.

LunarHypnosis · Nov. 19, 2019, 1:10 p.m. · 2 replies

Yep. Have you ever watched any form of surgery, it all reeks and looks disgusting because we hate the look of human organs on the inside.

Heart surgery will gross you out just as much.

QueenRowana · Nov. 19, 2019, 1:44 p.m.

This is a whole extra level of disgusting though. I watched stuff like Body Bizarre and similar stuff that featured surgeries without too much discomfort. But this nastiness is on a new level.

That was surgery for medically necessary reasons. This is just personal mutilation due to mental disturbance.

Oh Good! I thought I was the only one that preferred the look of human organs on the outside.

LunarHypnosis · Nov. 19, 2019, 1:47 p.m. · 1 reply

reminder that the skin is an organ.

sheepsix · Nov. 19, 2019, 1:47 p.m. · 1 reply

But but but... the skin is always on the outside.

maybe where you’re from, but over here people invert their skin casually every so often.

I watched my own (non-cosmetic) knee surgery in real time while I had a spinal block. It involved a literal cordless drill and a freaking drill bit. I'd still 10/10 rather have that than this.

Cynger7658 · Nov. 19, 2019, 7:19 p.m. · 2 replies

In REAL TIME? You are one brave individual.

PickleDeGallo · Nov. 19, 2019, 7:57 p.m.

Didn't feel a thing. Could only watch on a tv screen cause they set up a little curtain.

The_Mushromancer · Nov. 20, 2019, 12:01 a.m.

Idk I would watch my own knee surgery if I could, but I also have a big interest in anatomy and medicine.

For a long time I’ve figured if I ever have to have a new heart or transplant I explicitly want the doctors to wake me up if possible when I’m on cardiopulmonary bypass to get a picture of me holding my own heart. Or at least pose me as such. It’d be pretty morbid but also a cool once in a lifetime opportunity.

I watched cancerous cells being removed from my cervix!

Pizza-n-Lice · Nov. 19, 2019, 12:42 p.m.

This is horrible. They're just experimenting on mentally ill people with hormone treatments and bizarre surgeries. Making a nice profit from it too. Sick world.

Lady_Montgomery · Nov. 19, 2019, 1:38 p.m. · 1 reply

No medical expert whatsoever, but this looks like a procedure that can easily go wrong. Like more likely to go wrong than right and then to think all them kids on hormone blockers with underdeveloped genitalia undergoing this procedure. How is this even allowed by law?

girls_frommars · Nov. 19, 2019, 3:07 p.m. · 3 replies

Oh no if you have been on puberty blockers you can't go with penile inversion. They use a piece of your colon to make the neo-vagina. This is what happened to Jazz Jennings because he had been on puberty blockers since age 11 ergo he had the genitals of an 11 year old boy at age 18. It's called an intestinal vaginoplasty. Some also choose this because it apparantly allows for a deeper neo-vagina

Lady_Montgomery · Nov. 19, 2019, 3:10 p.m. · 1 reply

Thanks I thought it was similar except that they used extra bits of colon to create depth. God knows what for Jazz never had an orgasm and never will. So the fuck hole will only be their for some perverts pleasure instead of his own. His mom is so happy about it too.

girls_frommars · Nov. 19, 2019, 3:16 p.m.

Jazz had admitted on camera he has never orgasmed and doesn't feel any sexual sensation either. He will never have a fullfilling sex life and he can't have children either. It's medical abuse. His family didn't even allow him to look at the result for the first few days after the surgery but he did so in secret with a make-up mirror and he admitted he didn't think it looked good

Nikai_Vi · Nov. 19, 2019, 3:26 p.m. · 2 replies

Crazy that theyre giving hormone blockers to kids, imagine being 18 and getting out of the trans cult but your stuck with the penis and testies of an 11 year old :(

girls_frommars · Nov. 19, 2019, 3:56 p.m. · 1 reply

Well if you go off blockers your body will start responding to the testosteron you naturally produce again. But you're gonna be behind all your peers. You will look like a 12 year old in a class full of 18 year olds. A few weeks ago a a story went viral of a father who helped with the detransition of his son by getting him testosteron on the black market because no institution was willing to help with the detransition

SoefianB · Nov. 19, 2019, 4:58 p.m. · 1 reply

Not completely true though.

You only grow as long as your plates aren't fused together yet. Around ~20 your growth plates start fusing, after that they won't grow anymore.

Even if you stop with the puberty blockers, at best your balls start producing some test and sperm but the size of your body will forever be stuck at age 11.

girls_frommars · Nov. 19, 2019, 5:11 p.m. · 1 reply

I don't think so. Puberty blockers do stunt your growth, but not completely. It's not because they block the growth hormone, but because they block testosteron or estrogen, and both these hormones are involved in bone development. This also means an increased risk for developing osteoporosis. You will grow at a normal rate once you quit puberty blockers, though you're still behind yes. Jazz Jennings was put on puberty blockers at age 11 but he still has normal height (for a woman, that is, not for a man)

SoefianB · Nov. 19, 2019, 4:59 p.m.

18 wouldn't even be the worst. At that point your body might get some late growth spurs and you might get out of it with minimal problems, since you're still close to puberty.

20, 21 or above and you're truly fucked.

KittenFace25 · Nov. 19, 2019, 7:09 p.m. · 1 reply

I cannot fathom fashioning a "vagina" from...your colon.

girls_frommars · Nov. 20, 2019, 6:18 p.m.

The idea is that the lining of the colon feels more like a vaginal wall. Not sure on that considering it's different tissue. They also mention self-lubrication as an advantage.... That's not vaginal discharge mate

kenmayy · Nov. 19, 2019, 2:03 p.m.

All I can say is this video made me feel sick, it's crazy to see people casually cutting and destroying someone's perfectly healthy genitals

martinvanquish · Nov. 19, 2019, 2:17 p.m. · 1 reply

I'm surprised that they showed the end result because jeez it looks terrible... and why the hell does the electrolysis never work? I swear every other neovag I see has hairy labia/clit. Are their balls just unrelentingly hairy or something? Do you need it done once every month so it doesn't grow back? What's even the point of getting it if it's going to grow back anyway, just shave before the surgery.

girls_frommars · Nov. 19, 2019, 3:08 p.m. · 2 replies

Shaving is less effective than laser surgery. If you get it lasered, it will take a few months before the hair grows back. If you shave, the hair will grow back in a few days. But yeah it will inevitably grow back simply because the skin has hair follicles inside

martinvanquish · Nov. 19, 2019, 10:53 p.m. · 1 reply

Yeah I guess that makes sense. Electrolysis is expensive af though, that's why I don't see the sense in dishing out thousands to remove hair that's going to grow back anyway. But honestly imagine having to get your "clit" lasered monthly so it doesn't grow hair... it's like there's not a single aspect of the surgery that's not terrible lmao. But I'll admit that it doesn't compare to phalloplasty where you have to shave/laser the entire sausage because it's made of arm skin.

girls_frommars · Nov. 20, 2019, 6:20 p.m.

Well the neo-clitoris is made from the head of the penis so there's no hair on that part. As for the inside, there will be hair you can't really remove. Like it's hair inside an unhealed wound.

Phalloplasties might also use skin from your back of thigh, it depends on the surgeon and what the patient prefers. Not sure about the hair growth for that procedure... sounds horrific

four_q · Nov. 21, 2019, 1:55 a.m.

I assume it is because it takes several sessions for laser hair removal to actually stop the growth completely. They probably do one or two sessions are are like good to go. Plus each body part of each session is like $500

bornonthetide · Nov. 19, 2019, 3:02 p.m. · 3 replies

You guys can hate on my for saying this, but it's the truth. First i don't think that this solves any problems for 99% of people. Secondly, in the next 40 years these surgeries and tech is going to make these surgeries much better than they are now.

super__symmetry · Nov. 19, 2019, 4:01 p.m. · 1 reply

In think most people here would agree that this doesn’t solve any problems.

Sure, surgery might get better but the people getting their cock chopped off will still be considered mentally unstable.

bornonthetide · Nov. 19, 2019, 4:03 p.m.

Sure. But the argument that this sub is based on with eventually be a fairly weak one. We need to understand this subject better.

SoefianB · Nov. 19, 2019, 5:02 p.m. · 2 replies

No matter how good they can, there just too many limiting factors. How do you solve the xy issue? Or the uterus? True gender surgery is simply biologically impossible.

bornonthetide · Nov. 19, 2019, 5:05 p.m. · 2 replies

I dont think you're understanding what's going to happen in 40 years, it's entirely possible that science will be able to make all those things happen. Including changing DNA, it's entirely possible that these surgeries will one day just simply be a pill once a day for a week then watch the new parts grow.

SoefianB · Nov. 19, 2019, 5:10 p.m.

Lmao no, changing dna makes no sense whatsoever. Every cell has the same dna and chromosomes.

And even if you did change ALL of the billions of cells from xy to xx, it'd still fail because cells keep getting replaced and the next set will go back to normal.

If they tried something like that, the person would simply die.

Something like that has happened before actually; a guy named Hiroshi Ouchi had received so much radiation it fucked with his genes and chromosomes.

And thus he died a slow and painful death.

It's quite literally not biologically possible man, I'm sorry. It's like saying we'll create a time machine one day.

TA1648878 · Nov. 19, 2019, 8:12 p.m. · 1 reply

What's your point? Yeah maybe they'll invent some magic pill that actually changes all your DNA and makes you magically grow reproductive organs of the opposite sex. Fantastic. That doesn't change the fact that right now, in 2019, people are being inducted into a mental illness cult and convinced to have themselves mutilated in order to fulfill a fantasy/fetish.

Honestly if the day ever comes where we have a sex change pill, it will be truly terrifying beyond imagination.

NerdBrenden · Nov. 19, 2019, 8:20 p.m. · 1 reply

But why would it be terrifying? If someone actually wants to become the opposite sex... who cares? Like yes I understand they’re completely crazy at present and we should be doing more to address the mental aspect.... but if science advances to the point where surgery either becomes close to perfect replication, or not even needed... why would that be a bad thing?

TA1648878 · Nov. 20, 2019, 7:36 p.m.

Because I don't want to have to navigate a minefield of potential female relationship partners who might actually be men with the bodies of women. Does that make me a fascist or neo nazi or white supremacist superhitler or [insert slur of the day]? Fine whatever. I know it's a radical notion in the year 2019 but I am attracted to women who are women. Crucify me.

bornonthetide · Nov. 19, 2019, 11:31 p.m. · 1 reply

It's entity possible, that science will overcome all these problems in the future. At which point the entire premise of this will be nonexistent.

Secondly, in the next 40 years these surgeries and tech is going to make these surgeries much better than they are now.

I highly doubt the functional side of it will be much better in 40 years. That would mean actual research from reputable academic institutions, The funding, people and willingness just in not there. The only way I see any functional improvement is through transplants, something they already do with wounded soldiers. But that introduces the same side effects that other donor recipients go through.

In the end this procedure seems to be very crude and basically just cut and restructure.

aboutthednm · Nov. 20, 2019, 12:12 a.m.

I'd prefer a hole there that a silicon sleeve similar to a pocket pussy could be inserted to, kind of like a prosthetic. Seems gross, but when you think about it, less gross than this by an order of magnitude. also probably looks better.

Can we talk about why gynaecologists should learn more about mtf operations....

Srfthrowaway · Nov. 20, 2019, 6:12 a.m. · 1 reply

Gynes shouldn't have to know anything about any of this as they are surgeons specializing in women. It makes me sick every time one of these men insists on seeing a gyne.

HotPinkLollyWimple · Nov. 20, 2019, 8:18 a.m. · 1 reply

I am beyond speechless about this. Nothing about their bodily mutilations requires a doctor specialising in the female body. What do they think a gynaecologist is going to do for them?

Srfthrowaway · Nov. 20, 2019, 5:51 p.m.

Validate them and feed involuntarily into their fetish. They (well, any of the ones I've seen) always want a female gyne too.

Yeah, I love watching gross surgical footage, but I tapped out after they looped the (skinned) penis through the scrotal skin and oh my god ahhhhhhhhh.
