Honestly, I think that is one of the big contributing factors for the rise in TIMS lately- it's because bi/gay guys are afraid to say they are sexually interested in other dudes so they try and convince themselves that as long as one of them wears a dress it's not gay.
I haven't known any that are OPENLY into TIMS but I know that trans porn is one of the most popular categories so clearly a lot of guys are, at minimum, watching it.
