A neo vagina is not even close to what a vagina looks like. It does not function like a vagina, it will never experience medical problems related to vaginas.
Because at a certain point the only difference is reproductive ability and chromosomes, and cis women can have an XY karyotype, and reducing women down to their ability to have children seems kinda sexist, ngl.
That is not the only difference. Women and men experience medical problems differently. Like strokes, There are about 6000 differences between males and females. A female is the sex class dedicated to producing ova. Their body is catered to it, they either have mullerian or wollfian ducts. When they hav a mix of both, but mostly mullerian they are intersex females. I'm reducing what a woman is down to biology not who a woman is.
