I’m a developmental biologist, and there may be sone truth to that but it sounds like an oversimplification. But y’all don’t care about the science anyway, you just hate trans people.

Pretty sure if the brain is ever soaking in hormones it’s development has gone horribly wrong.

Lol that’s just patently false there are hormones all over the brain. Ever heard of the pituitary gland? Dopamine? Norepinephrine? The brain has a whole slew of hormones in it

It’s in a solution, obviously most of the fluid surrounding the brain is water. But within that solution are differing concentrations of hormones and other chemical signals that direct development. There isn’t a point in development that isn’t driven by hormone concentrations.
I don’t know that it’s the same across all taxa, and this person is probably a layman or attempting to use an analogy to appeal to laymen on twitter, but the fact that hrt even works in the first place is evidence that hormone concentrations can affect human morphology even at a post embryonic stage. It could be that some people are transgender or intersex because of changes to their brain chemistry during development, but that’s also beside the point considering that “gender identity” itself is socially constructed.

Intersex brains are not an accepted thing in any literature by intersex organisations I’ve ever seen.
The study that claimed brains are sexed is heavily contested.
