Do you really have to be a dick to someone asking a question? I’ve been kicked off every LGBT, Rupaul, gay community, conservative subreddit just for asking questions, genuinely trying to find answers on trans issues. Here, someone is giving you the chance to tell them about your issue and they get downvoted and told “do you really have to ask”. I come to R/terfisaslur for a break from the insta-hate on Reddit. Geez.

With so many women and female subreddits getting banned r/terfisaslur is going to get traction and traffic in new areas. It’s an opportunity to expand your reach. To want a broader reach, and get shitty at the new people you come across seems counter-productive. But you do you, I guess.

Also, you’re forgetting the third option you had - knowing you have a short temper, leave the reply for a different woman who has more patience than you so your cause has the outcomes you want. Your reply made your cause harder to prosecute.

Every female-centric sub gone or targeted for being too female-centric. Female subs need to be for everybody and you’re not allowed to be openly critical of that. Even subs for female-specific diseases are being targeted for being too fucking female. Acknowledge biology exists and wanna talk about it? Not if the topic is ovaries or uteruses!

If you look at gender activist boards listing all the subs that need to be shut down for transphobia, good luck finding a single male health sub on their lists.

Someone mentioned on another thread that there’s an app to overwrite all of your previous comments. I plan to search for that and make all of mine say, “This comment has been overwritten on account of its author’s status as an adult human female— a status of sex which reddit does not recognize or respect.” And if anyone knows if GenderCritical managed to get archived I would add a link to that.
Gonna figure that out some time in the next couple of weeks and then just google reddit threads when I really want to check something— otherwise there’s no space for me here anymore. It isn’t even just banning GC. It was becoming misogynist at every turn for a few years now.
