Frauding in Photos

I have many good photos, but photos taken on a whim by others look very different. Many femcels speak of frauding; is there any way to tell if you're just choosing your ideal angles or if it has escalated to 'frauding'? I do attempt to reduce lens and distance distortion (take photos with the back camera from a mirror from some distance away) and all the photos I've taken myself and enjoyed are taken this way, yet I am very unsure.

I accidentally catfished people with my own selfies where I look good. Selfies change your facial proportions significantly, in my case for the better, so I thought I looked good while in reality I was like a 3 but didn't realize. Try recording a video of yourself from some distance with the rear camera
Just wanted to say that I have the EXACT same problem. I am extremely concerned that I’m accidentally cat fishing through my photos. I even once had someone tell me that I look super different in my pictures. Your method of taking photos sounds good (it’s exactly what I do), so keep doing that. Also, the mirror is the truth. It flips your face but in terms of your actual features and whatnot, it is the truth. Mirror selfies are the MOST accurate. Videos are also very accurate and more accurate than pictures, so I guess if you wanna be even more accurate, take a mirror video. Oh and ask your IRL friends what pictures of you are the most accurate, that helped me a lot.
